Roomy Riders offers equestrian outfits
Are you finding it difficult to find something to wear for your equestrian interests? Well look no further as Roomy Riders come to the rescue. To be totally honest with you I know nothing about horses and related events so there is not a lot I can add, except of course that the clothing does look nice and generally covers size 16 to 26.

Thanks for your information on beautiful and down to earth Kirstie.
I am trying to get in touch with her regarding the Narconon program that she attended to arrest her alcoholism. I believe she is their celebrity spokesperson. I wish to get my daughter into that program but it costs a whopping $30,000.oo.... I am wondering if anyone else knows how to reach her. I am trying to find free funding sources. AS it is, only private pay individuals can get in to this program. A reply would be appreciated. Thanks very much. Maria

I am very interested in her pilot diet plan.
I have a good 50lbs to remove! The thing I need to get across that needs to be fixed in these plans is what to do after we lose the weight? With meals already prepared for us (which I love because of the much less work I have to do), Once weight goal achieved, then boom, we put it back on.. One more thing
It has got to be very low in sodium, my hubby also has to loose lots, his feet swollen from salt and sodium in foods.. So hopefully there will be something for him as well.. His loss is about 100lbs or so.. Mine is 50.. So
we are two very willing candidates..
I thing Kirstie is gutsy, and lovely!
And she is definitely in our age group
so we relate and feel comfortable
with her...

I would like to get in touch with Kirstie to ask a favor. I have a daughter in the Narconon program. I was wondering if Kirstie could write a message to her and the other students to hang in there. It is a difficult thing to do, and they need all the encouragement that they can receive. I think that it would mean a lot to them if it came from Kirstie.

I've been using this site (nutrimirror.com) with great success. It puts me in charge and gives me feedback about my food choices. I learn from what I have eaten and then make choices on how to change things for the better -at my pace. Oh, and the site is free, completely free.
When I heard today that Kirstie had regained the 75 lbs she lost on Jenny Craig, I began searching the internet for a way to get this website info to her.

I am not a Celebrity follower, but I am woman who has struggled with weight and every since the first time I saw her attacked on the cover of a peice of crap tabloid I have admired her and felt her pain, but Kirstie you have nothing to apologize for your a real woman and you were beautiful then "Look who's talking" and you were just as beautiful on Oprah. You owe no one an explanation. I do share your pain and like anyone else would love to be able to see myself in a bikini, but hell for that matter I'd love to be you..haha Good Woman, you rock in my book!

Hi,
I'd like to help Kirstie lose weight gradually - nothing difficult, she needs to take some supplements to curb her cravings, easily controlled. With her current weight 15mins of exercise daily + simple diet, 5/6 small meals/day will help her lose 10/15lb month and keep it off. If she's interested, contact me.
Kindest regards
Margaret
