Lil' Mama has got you covered in Oz

Mrs T : 23 June 2008

I love discovering new places to spend my money for you to check out. So when I got an email from this place in Australia, I was more than happy to take a look. There is only one problem, I may be too late or too early, depends on your point of view. The site is due a revamp soon so I may have to come back for another look and let you know what's different.

Lil' Mama specializes in plus sizes for real women. Being plus sized myself, it's a phrase I like to hear. They have jeans from size 8 to 26 and dresses from size 1. Now before you abandon me and head off looking for sizing charts, they have a size chart with measurements to make sure you get the right fit.

Now as to what you are going to find here, the are quite a few selections to choose from such as; accessories, denim, hosiery (thats stuff for you legs and feet if you are not in the US or Australia), dresses, jackets, pants (translate again – trousers), skirts and tops.

So all in all a good range and with some really pretty items.

The site is run by a lady called Lil' Mama and here is some info about about her...

Mama has worked in the Australian Music and Entertainment industry for well over a decade. With a colourful career starting in marketing as a copywriter, until she got her lucky break, which then led her to work on Australian radio’s biggest commercial network, holding posts such as Executive Producer of Australia’s highest rated radio duo Kyle and Jackie O, as well as a co-host on a number of shows.

In 2005, Mama started Lil’ Mama, after the continuous battle to find sexy, glamorous, quality clothes to fit and flatter her curvy frame.

These days you can find her juggling the fashion label, radio and TV appearances, media consulting, and writing her regular monthly column “Ask Mama” for Plus Model Magazine, and monthly newsletter “L’ Amour D’ Eclat”, as well being a working stylist and media consultant.

Keen to broaden her Australian ties, Lil’ Mama the label, has already successfully debuted in the US, and has big plans for the global market.

To say that this women is qualified is an understatement. Radio host and producer, merchandiser, fashion buyer, make up artist, qualified copywriter...list just goes on!

If you are looking to buy from Lil' Mama then they do ship internationally. Here are the places they can send to;USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Italy, France, Spain, Germany and New Zealand. However do check the postal charges are an extra is charged for.

So now you can abandon me, head off to Lil' mama and tell them I sent you!

Roomy Riders offers equestrian outfits

Are you finding it difficult to find something to wear for your equestrian interests? Well look no further as Roomy Riders come to the rescue.
